Every dog is different, however we generally do not take dogs younger than 6 months.

We do not have a fixed rule on this as we believe every dog should be evaluated individually on their behaviour during their trial day.

All standard vaccinations are required to join Oxley Dogs (check with your local vet about the specifics). We also recommend getting the Kennel Cough vaccination due to the close proximity to other dogs at day care.

Boarding is only offered to day care members.

A correctly fitted collar or harness with up to date identification details attached is required at all times during day care. Oxley Dogs will provide leads. Coats or jumpers are recommended in colder weather dependent on your dog's coat type, age & condition.

Treats and snacks are provided by Oxley Dogs during the day, however all meals whether in the day or during boarding should be provided by the owners with detailed instructions. All dietary requirements should be discussed during consultations.

We do our best to return every dog home as clean as possible within our means.

Oxley Dogs is happy to keep hold of any keys or entry devices to your property in any capacity. All keys & entry devices are stored in a manner that offers protection to the client at all times.

The owner will be contacted immediately & appropriate actions will be discussed & taken.
All staff members are canine first aid trained to help in a range of scenarios.
In emergencies the dog will be taken directly to the closet vet.
